MBS is in urgent need of a KY Market Leader/Civil Engineer in Louisville, KY. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are seeking an experienced Market Leader/Project Manager to lead efforts to secure business with KYTC. This is an exciting leadership role that requires the ability to guide and coordinate all disciplines with outside consultants and end users. The market leader will be responsible for the nine project management knowledge areas including: Project Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, HR Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management.
- Primary sales and marketing person for KYTC and local public agencies
- Strong technical background with good client skills
- Track record working successfully with state and local transportation agencies
- Project management skills including staff management and mentoring, schedule management, and financial project management
- Ability to build a multi-disciplinary team to win work, including sub consultants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited University
- Kentucky P.E. License
- 10+ years of experience
